Robert Papuha
President

Robert Papuha has 24 years of industrial construction experience in Western Canada.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree (Construction) from the University of Alberta in 1988.  Upon graduating he spent 17 years with Flint Energy Services Ltd. and predecessor company HMW Construction Ltd.  He gained extensive technical and professional experience in all aspects of the construction industry ranging from cost estimating, contracts, project controls and project management.  He is well respected by customers and employees for his knowledge and reputation in the industrial construction industry.  Robert has been involved with OEC Industrial Project Services Ltd. since its incorporation in 2005 and became president in 2006.

Gary Wotton
Vice President – Construction Management

Gary Wotton has 17 years of industrial construction experience in Western Canada.  He began work with HMW Construction Ltd. before obtaining his Engineering Technologist diploma in Construction from NAIT in 1998.  He returned to the construction industry after graduating and progressively took on more responsible roles with companies such as Flint Energy Group of Companies, Nordic Acres Engineering Ltd., Acres Parsons Energy & Chemicals and Petro-Canada.  His work experience focused on heavy oil SAG-D and Gas Processing plants with locations alternating between construction sites, fabrication yards, engineering offices and owner offices.  He has outstanding leadership traits and his passion drives him to be very results oriented.  It is this ability to deliver that so many clients desire to have on their projects.  Gary has been involved with OEC Industrial Project Services Ltd. since its incorporation in 2005 when he immediately took on the role of Vice President of Construction Management.

Paul Goolcharan
Vice President – Project Services

Paul Goolcharan has 16 years of industrial construction experience in Western Canada.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1995.  After graduating he spent 11 years with Flint Energy Services Ltd. and predecessor company HMW Construction Ltd.  where he gained significant experience in the areas of project management and project controls in the midstream service area of the oil and gas industry.  Specific experience was focused on heavy oil SAG-D plants, Oil Sands facilities, gas compressor stations and pumping stations with work executed in the home office, engineering office, fabrication/modularization facility and on construction sites.  He is well respected by those he works for and his peers for his dedication, focus and ability to get the job done.  Paul joined OEC Industrial Project Services Ltd. in 2007 as the Vice President of Project Services.
